HARBOUR VIEW HOUSE - ST IVES - JEFF ROBINSON AND ALFY MANLY
“I think this is a great idea. From a business point of view, we pay a lot for waste to be taken away. To continue to use the product far after we have finished with it is awesome. The story of the lady on the beach who purchased the yellow T- Shirt, because her favourite dish was our lemon marshmallow sorbet and Will makes a dye from the lemon waste was epic.”
JEFF ROBINSON - Green Michelin Star
